There is never a shortage of peppers, onions or garlic in this household. You can count on us grabbing a week’s supply of these veggies on each visit to the market. Fresno Chili Peppers were our pick of the day. These peppers are much similar to a jalapeno except they’re much hotter. Having an abundance of these peppers meant we’d have to incorporate them in almost every meal. It proved to be a delicious idea to include these bright red darlings in our goat cheese scramble this morning. See photo below.
We balanced out this breakfast with slices of semolina toast. Just smear a little butter when toast is still very hot and top off with Niagara Grape Jam.
