Just used up the last few leaves of red swiss chard I had in the fridge for this quick egg scramble. Complete this meal with a slice of toast (I used yoga bread here) and spread a little quince jam, wash it down with orange juice and I think you’ll have enough energy for the better part of your Saturday. Gonna head over to the farmer’s market now to pick up another week’s supply of greens and fruit. I’m sure there’ll be slim pickin’s as it’s kinda late in the day for this…whatevs.
My photos don’t do much justice to the actual quality of this meal. One revelation I had these past few days is I sure ain’t no techie. Again, whatevs.
